How to give good name for PKM?
I consider it a good pokemon nickname if it could have been an alternate name for the pokemon.
"Pyrogrine" for talonflame, for example.
I want a probopass to stick his Jew nose in her crotch
Naming a PKM is easy! Just consider its rugged features such as the open-bolt design, gas-operated action in the modernized Kalashnikov pattern, quick-detach barrel lock to replace those heat-warped barrels quickly to maintain suppression fire for your unit, and fires the ever-popular 7.62x54mmR cartridge in service for over a century!
Just think about its long service history, over fifty years now, its rugged looks, and how its effective out to 1,500 meters. Even more, you might consider it for contests! Think about what kind of name you'd give your PKM when its sporting a laminated birch stock or the more modern glass-filled poly stock; it feeds from steel-linked belts in 100 round quantities or if you want to show its strength with a 200-500 round ammo box strapped to it; and so many sighting and barrel options!
Truly the world is your oyster when it comes to naming for PKMs.

I usually name my female characters after anime girls.
By not giving them nicknames.

>Play-Doh hair
It's almost hair to enjoy this.
Almost.
The most common thing I do is naming them with a foreign word that describes them. I usually pick something like "tough" or "fiery" and throw it into google translate then go through all the languages.

I try to find synonyms for a certain theme the Pokemon has and then sometimes do a play on words
For example, my Tyrantrum is named Czaur because a czar is a ruler (in Russia I think and saur for dinosaur obviously)
My Aggron is named Panzir after the German tanks in WWII
My Nidoking is named Duke (king is similar to duke and duke sounds like a good name)
