I maxed Golbat's friendship in Poké-amie in Alpha Sapphire and yet it still refuses to evolve into Crobat so I'm wondering why it doesn't want to evolve yet. It's already level 40. What's the earliest level did you manage to get a Crobat, /vp/?

You get crobat the old fashioned way. Vitamins, soothe bell, and a whole lot of walking with it first in your party.

There is no happiness mechanic
the thing that makes crobat and similar pokemon evolve is called friendship
the thing you raise in pokemonamie is called affection iirc

Mine evolved into a Crobat right after it evolved into a Golbat.
just give it a fuckton of carbos/zinc/etc etc and then level it up once. also friendship and happiness are usually considered to be the same thing.
amie gives you "affection"
