Can I replace Shaymin EX with anything? I don't want to spend $40 on one card.

desu you might need to find a Water EX card to out in there, I feel like you can't really rely on basic/stage 1 pokes very much unless they're really good. I think you should have four Froakie just in case but that's sorta just how I play. I recommend trying to get these cards on TCGO and playing around/building on there first. You might want more energy retrieval or shuffle discard into deck sorta cards, since that's a low amount of energy.
