from left to right its a grass/dragon chameleon, a pure water elephant, and a fire/ground amalgamate.

Starters based off of transportation and blindess.
The water one (submarine) is naturally blind and sends vibrations through metal scraps of ships as a sort of echolocation. It also secretes a sort of bonding agent to affix more scraps to itself.
It's final form is Water/Steel and the scrap it holds in its trunk (and the trunk itself) become an upward periscope, allowing the pokemon to see.
The grass one (airplanes) is squinty by nature. Though it seems to naturally have a wheel, it actually collects vines to hold onto with it's nubby legs. A thirds leg (or tail) in the pack serves to turn the "wheel". It evolves into a sort of two wheeler. It's eyes are a bit more open, but it feels around with natural leaf-tipped vines since it isn't used to vision. It becomes An Grass/Flying final form with broad leaves serving as wings. (anymore wheels would like a bit silly).
The fire one (vehicles (no really)) is somewhat a dormant volcano. It is sort of rocket propelled, shooting flames downward. It's somewhat sleeping, so it isn't quite blind. It's fire psychic in its second form as it's back gets more hunched with the mounds growing bigger. It notably hovers less than flies, staying close to the ground, with the bottom opening getting smaller. In its final form, the back mounds form to look like hot rod pipes, allowing it to shoot forward on its sleek, smooth, closed "belly"
It becomes Fire/Rock.
So Fire goes from air to land, grass goes from land to air, water is shit idk.

Grass is a carrot with "facial hair" leaves and a fist at the bottom. Eventually evolves into a muscly arm at the bottom and a big leafy beard. Grass/Fighting
Second is a water snail with a long tongue and arms. Evolves into a justgetsbigger water snail. Water/Normal
Third is fire slug thing with tentacles that sits on a combustion chamber which allows it to float. Evolves into a long-tentacled slug thing with a jet engine. Fire/Flying
