are there any good fan made generation III games?
I've beaten them so many times I just want something new. I don't really want new pokemon, just new places, a longer/harder game.

is the editor pretty simple to use? i mean if its just dropping sprites and writing dialogue I feel like I could put what I want together no problem.
Pokémon Vega is the best romhack in terms of content.
