Just make sure they don't have over 252 EVs in a single stat or over 510 EVs total or any illegal moves/abilities.
Anybody who still has a hissyfit at that point is just being autistic, there's literally no difference between a properly hacked Pokemon and an optimized legitimate one.
If there's nothing banned Scyther, Sneasel, Gligar, and Swirlix are insanely good in LC.
