Mega Garchomp could've been something decent if they didn't line its chest with spikes and maybe made the head fins sharper/different.

Hydreigon is almost guaranteed to have a mega at some point. Since Ghetsis has one as his ace, and it seems like every evil villain team leader will get a signature mega. (This will mean that either Weavile or Honchkrow will probably get a mega for Cyrus as well)
