Get more BW Legendary Treasures booster packs. Get a booster box if possible.This set has the highest ultra rare pull rate as well as up to three rares per pack. In a booster box, at least 10-12 packs will have an ultra rare and a holofoil in one pack. This is because there is a subset called Radiant Collection in this set making pulls extremely easy. My favorite set of all time.

I also bought a Legendary Treasure box, best pulls ever. Even the holo have a great pull rate. Except for the Radiant Collection and Reshiram/Zekrom Gold, there are no full-art in the set, tho.
