Can someone please explain to me how to use a powersave for move

Can someone please explain to me how to use a powersave for move modifiers? I'm trying to give my meditite zen headbutt but i cant figure out how this works. the only move i have managed to figure out is pound but i cannot draw anything from what i am doing.

Just try to suicide yourself since you own a Power Save but don't even use homebrew.

Power Save is a thing of the past, when XY came out.
