How to speedrun a Pokemon movie playing as Ash any%
>skip opening narration about Pokemon existing
>interrupt current female/male companion before they make a comment about the setting
>immediately ask them for everything they know about regional legendaries, local historic events, and local holidays
>proceed straight to person of highest authority in the immediate area
>tell them you're their friend
>wander in circles until inevitable random encounter with local legendary/fairy is triggered
>tell them you're their friend
>ignore evil force, let it proceed with its plan you can't stop it anyway
>grind relationship with legendary / fairy until deus ex machina is triggered
>use thunderbolt on something of importance
