Looking back, Generation V was pretty damn good. It got me back into Pokemon - after beating Diamond, I went into my edgy phase, which included hating Pokemon. It was the announcement of Gen V that got me back into the series.

I hope you went back and beat HG/SS in order to make up for that fatal mistake.

Anyways yeah, Gen V is objectively the best. It does everything a Pokemon game needs to do to an amazing level while feeling fresh.

I did, I might have actually played SS before getting White - but either way, it wasn't until learning about the reveal of Zorua that I even learned about HGSS.

I haven't, thought I doubt I will any time soon - I don't like revisiting a generation too often.
