Does it matter if I level up a mon with rare candies as long as I EV train it?
Once you finish EV Training, the only difference between leveling by candy or leveling through experience is time.
If you use rare candies until lvl 99 and then EV train it fully, and level it up once, do its stats go up by a retarded amount?

If a pokemon with no EV is level 99, then gets fully ev trained, it will literally go up 127 points + natural level up points cumulatively
