It would be nice to know more specific numbers of these sales, like how many copies were sold in each region. Japan is probably the biggest market, and I doubt many japanese use Serebii or Bulba. They probably have their own database resources.

I find it the opposite. On Bulbapedia you can just the name of a Pokemon/location/etc. and go right to the page, while on Serebii you either have to use a semi-reliable search function or navigate through multiple pages of tiny text. Serebii has a lot of useful information, but its site navigation is terrible.
