I always thought (well, from Gen 5 onwards) that Sound Type was ridiculous, until some other anon pointed out that it was very strange that two Kalos 'mons and the Jigglypuff line were Normal type as well as their other types.
It's a nice theory to assume those "Normal" typing are just placeholders for the Sound Type.

I could see it being SE against Psychic and maybe fighting with the justification of breaking their concentration. Ground could resist it, Water could go either way since sound travels quickly through it but tends to get muffled, I'd say it should resist though.

Luxray is just too slow, his moveset is OK (can't remember if he has any coverage for Fairies though). If he had base 100 speed he'd be OU material, maybe 95 speed would be enough

My guess is they'll buff Ghost types since people seem to love those. I'll venture a guess and say Dusknoir, Cofagrigus, Spiritomb, Aegislash, and Giratina (although those last two are hardly shitmons) will receive some kind of bonus, probably a draining move of some kind that sucks the foe's energy.
I'm still really hopeful Gothitelle and Vespiquen will get some buffs.

It's nice to see the gen 3 dragons getting buffs.
There was some nice designs in early gens, but the power creep is simply too much now; good to see some of those older gen 3 dragons being viable now.
I actually think they did it to all of Hoenn's dragons too, nice attention to detail there.
I mean if you look at it, pretty much every single dragon type in Hoenn got a mega.
