Fuck, there are Pokemon who can fuck with time, space, and dimensions. Killing Yveltal would wipe out all life on the Planet. And that's not even touching the god tiers like all plates Arceus, Perfect Zygarde, and the Original Dragon.

Trained Pokemon are stronger than the average wild Pokemon, and it's amped by a fucking choice specs which is a massive boost.

Ash was able to throw Mewtwo, who's 122kg. He also jumped across an entire bridge. Some official Pokemon show in Japan was making a big deal about Ash's feats, so him and other experienced trainers (namely Red, Alder, Drayden) being superhuman is comepletely legit.
