Sudowoodo is joke character alongside Swalot.
Miltank is the annoyingly bulky character with regen.
Shiftry is weird kabuki-moveset character like Yoshimitsu.
Feraligatr and Swampert would have boring movesets by comparison.

Not bad, but I think Chesnaught should replace Braixen (we already have two Fire Starters and Braixen is an odd choice), and Swallot should be replaced with Muk.
Chesnaught just seems like it'd be fun. We need more defensive types, and Spiky Shield could be interesting. Muk because it could move have interesting movements and play mind games.

I'd also replace Snivy with Swampert. We have the other two Hoenn starters, and we don't have any Water starters. Swampert also just seems like it'd work really well in the game.
