Gen 2's starters on the other hand, are all overrated and overpraised by ignorant Johtoddlers who wouldn't know good taste even if it hit them like a truck. They all have bland and unimaginative designs. They're so shitty that none of them even got into Pokken. The Johto starters were a mistake and shouldn't even exist. They are obsolete and worthless.

My first game was Emerald and I think the gen 2 starters are great. Typhlosion and Feraligatr are both amazing, Meganium is okay. Oddly, the Hoenn starters are my least favourite set - Sceptile is good and Swampert is okay but Blaziken is an abomination.
