Why is Cacturne so cool?

I already liked Beedrill before, but this really sent it over the top for me.
Sawsbuck is one of my favorite Pokemon with the best design. It changes it's form to match the current season!

Donphan is probably the best Pokemon, if we look at all design features that we usually think of as Pokemon.
Basis on a real creature, but with a spin. That spin fits well with the real creature, creating a good balance. Looks like it could fight well, and isn't too ridiculous.

Scrafty is one of my favorites too, I love the idea of a punk Pokemon and scraggy's animations in gen5 were pretty cute too

While there are other pokemon I like more I think design wise Sceptile is the coolest.
