Is anyone else hoping these come to virtual console? Not only would that connect every generation through Pokemon bank but I felt like the original GSC just had a certain charm that HGSS failed to capture.

But I heard the 3DS can't handle gen II, and using the PC corrupts your save.
Also it feels like the gen 1 releases were a special occasion thing, The Pokemon Company is super stingy.
That being said, if it does happen, I don't think it will happen until a year later at the earliest.
I'm hoping for it. I'd love to play Crystal on virtual console.

There's issues if you hack the 3DS and emulate it, but I imagine even Game Freak could figure out how to fix it pretty easily, even if they say, bumped the price up to 15 bucks a pop in response.
