Shiny Charm can't be held. It's a Key Item.
Injecting is basically inserting a built Pokemon into your game. You can, of course, also edit an already existing Pokemon's properties.
One can also make illegal stuff like Sheer Cold Mega Pidgeot (without needing Pidgeotite), but then it can't be traded.
