Hilbert easily the most generic and forgettable character with Red and Rosa and Nate are just hideous. Hilda vpulf have been better if she wasn't a dyke trucker. Even Pokemon itself forgot about them excluding them from the cartoons and merchandise. Truly aren't canon.

I do like most of the character designs. Then you get Hugh and Nate.. Those two are tops for worst rival and playable male character.
Having only the second-best youngster design equals itself out with the Hoenn games, though.
