It's incredibly rushed. Only the JP version is worth watching, because it still has the beginning of the movie intact. The rest are fine dubbed, but for quality control, these are the best:

Heroes and 3 I can 100% agree were awesome. I think Destiny Deoxys was also particularly entertaining. Those are my three favorites, anyway.
