Shiny Hunts you've done that have either been sucsessful or that you've given up on. Im shiny hoarde hunting on Route 14. It's taken the better part of a day to to and im still on it.
Finally got the Shiny Charm in Alpha Sapphire and I'm going to try hunt shiny Legendaries. The problem is I need a perfect for catching them. I'm trying to get a high level Smeargle with Spore, False Swipe, Belly Drum and Soak.

I don't know why you need a smeargle with those moves to catch legendaries but i can think of a few alternatives to help catch legendaries.
A Bibarel with Yawn, Amnesia and Super Fang will help a lot.
Or a Uxie with those first two moves will help.
As for false swipe I say get a Sizor with Technician and give it False Swipe

I actually hatched a shiny Flabebe yesterday while breeding for a competitive Florges. It was pentaperfect too though the attack iv is fairly high but I can live with that. The last hunt I did was for a shiny Pumpkaboo, it took 14 boxes but love my shiny Gourgeist.

Probably, I just threw it together and dumped Rare Candies onto it because I got a shit Nature and IVs. It's level 100 so it survives legendaies pretty easily. And Deoxys/Rayquaza/Mewtwo are pretty tame on catch rate.

I've tried countless times trying to hatch shiny Klefki, Froakie, and a bunch of others. After im done with my current hunt I'm gonna try and hatch shiny Fennikin. I can never do chain fishing. After 10 minutes or so I start questioning weather it's working or not and it's just a mental thing for me. Weird Huh.
My trick room team is 2 away from being full MM'd now, working on snover, then dragalge. Dragalge has HP ground though so it makes me incredibly nervous

I'm very plain when it comes to catching things. I catch everything in Pokeballs but shinys, where I get them in Premier Balls. Cherish Balls are more common than Great/Ultra/Dusk/Luxury/Timer in my collection.

I've been on the same hunt for a while now. You don't need a "perfect", just a team of Pokemon that can get the job done. My team is made up of Pokemon I used during playthroughs. An Aegislash for False Swipe, a Slaking for Yawn, and a level 100 for nest balls/tanking damage

I have a Gallade with False Swipe and Hypnosis that I use, and it works pretty well. Ironically enough, said Gallade is shiny, from breeding. No Shiny Charm or Masuda Method, just pure luck. Feels good man.
On the thread topic, last week I got a shiny Shuppet while horde training my Machop completely by accident haha. It was a nice surprise. And my brother caught 4 shiny Feebas trying to get a female one (3 shiny males in a row, not in the same chain though.) But he was fishing. After the game mechanics got switched up on us for shiny fishing, I really don't even count water type shinies anymore if I know you can fish for them.
Shinies will just get easier to obtain in S&M, just wait until then.
