For years ive been pretty content only having a gameboy and im happy playing crystal right now but I realized recently that im missing out on a lot and if I really am committed to pokemon i I need to move on a buy a ds. I finally saved enough after months and months of hard budgeting but now I cant find a place to buy the pokemon 20th anniversary 3ds. I have $210 which isnt enough to get a new game but I can at least get the system. Where can I go to buy it? Does it really exist? Is it anywhere in the world? I've worked hard for months to get it and cant go back now. What do?

Whether you want a regular 3DS or the 'NEW 3DS' is for you to figure out, m8, your problems are your own and you should have just googled a few things yourself instead of making this retarded as fuck thread.
As far as XL vs regular size goes... If you're in North America you can only get an XL N3DS, but you can get a regular size normal 3DS. Generally the XL has a bigger screen and accommodates fat fingered Americans, but the normal one is easier to carry around. It's a portable system so you might want to prioritise portability.
Ultimately, whichever suits you best comes down to thinking about it yourself and not asking anyone here.

Thanks for the sort of useful opinion on ds, the whole reason I started this thread was for help on finding the pkmn 3ds since every place and online site is sold out. But with everyones help im excited to get one nevertheless and hope be trading and battling with most of you soon
Just buy the regular Nintendo 3DS XL to save some money to buy a game because what's the point of owning a system if you can't afford to play the game itself? But if you really want to try to get the limited edition n3ds you will have to go call a couple of stores like Walmart, target, bestbuy, GameStop.
