Primals should really take up a mega slot. It would force people to make harder choices for what their legends are.
Also, some of those teams are really bad. A good portion of these teams should struggle with Xerneas, especially one with Focus Blast, which it should be running.
And what's up with 5th place Jin Yuan? Mega Metagross? Palkia? What is this guy doing? I can understand Dialga the genies and Talonflame, but those 2 are really bad most of the time.

Metagross isn't that bad this meta. I use it with Primal Kyogre and works pretty well. I get that it gets rekted by Groudon but it pretty much counters Xerneas.

Because Americans are all retarded. Japan innovates in their meta, Europe creates their own meta that is slightly based on the Japanese one, while America just copies what was successful in Japan a while ago. This is why Japan completely destroyed in 2015 Worlds.

Because Phione comes from Manaphy, an event-only Pokemon that some people could have missed. The "banlist" is not based on power, usage or whatever you might think, just availability. Also, the HA Sinnoh legends, while being allowed on Battle Spot, are banned from the real tournaments, in case you want to mention that as many people do.
