But, no. That is, quite literally, impossible. Autism is a physical issue with the brain.
Imagine two computer servers. One has organised wires, while the other has messy wires. They produce pretty much the same result, but the way in which it is done is different. The organised server is a normal brain, while the messy one is an autistic brain. It cannot be misdiagnosed because physical scans of the brain are enough to show if a person is autistic or not.
