Let's clarify one thing: Outside of Zekrom and his signature moves, Physical Electric is a fucking curse
There are no good, no-drawback moves except fucking Thunder Punch at base 75 power and even then most Physical Electrics don't even learn it. Also because ebin mascot none of the other Electrics can even use Volt Tackle and are stuck with a fucking shitty Take Down equivalent

Special Electric's problem is their movepool outside of stab (exception being Eeelektross and some weird shit). They always have to rely on Hidden Power and similar shit, so your chances of surprising are 0.
