Kalos is literally dripping with French flavor. I'd argue it's the most well-designed region we've gotten so far. They just didn't polish it, like Emerald polished Hoenn, Platinum polished Sinnoh and BW2 polished Unova. Kalos has so much potential, it saddens me that it's being relegated to 2 games unlike its predecessors.
