Blaziken is fine, Infernape is arguably also fine, even though personally I think the design could be better, but Emboar is more than a step too far.
Let's hypothesize about a Counter Triangle
Example: Fire/Dark, Water/Psychic, Grass/Fighting
I enjoyed Gen 6's subtypes and a reverse triangle would be interesting whether it's these 3 subtypes or not.

Gen 4 had that.
Fighting let Infernape fight Empoleon. Ground let Torterra fight Infernape. Ground neutralises Tortetta's water resist.
Of course what ends up happening is just a reverse triangle. Infernape Close Combats and OHKO's Empoleon. Emploeon Ice Beams Torterra for a OHKO and Tortterra lives a fire attack and EQ's Infernape for a OHKO.

Emboar is where it's at. It looks intimidating and like it could maul your team. Unless you like sissies and scrawny shit from your fighting types, then Emboar is the best designed among the three.
Fire beard is infinitely more interesting than overrated fiery head or flaming fists.
Blue fire shiny looks better than pink fur and a practically nonexistent shiny of the chicken.

I can defend Infernape because it actually has one of the better concept designs and no other type could really fit, but Emboar is absolute shit. Hell, it's not only the third Fire/Fighting-type in a row, but it's also the second one in a row based off something from Journey to the West.

Not with that typing it ain't. 4x weakness to Earthquake, SR weakness, inability to handle bulky Waters, no real resistances that the secondary type provides (only types that, aside from Fighting, Fire already resists). The immunity to Toxic is nice, but a Steel type would grant that and much more, being almost objectively better than a Poison secondary. Fires can't be effective tanks without an appropriate subtype.
