Stopped watching the anime back in the Diamond and Pearl era. Tried watching Black and White, but that ended up being even worse.
Now that they are using a new team, is this worth watching? I loved their work on Origins.

XY got a new director I think. Personally, I really really enjoy watching it. BW was a shit show. It was good enough that it did its job as a game advertisement. The anime got me back into playing the games. I dipped out of Gen V halfway through and picked up Gen VI around ORAS so that should say something about how much they improved.
