With what the leaker said about Pokemon rainbow and all the other leaks it seems like this one is real. He leaked disney art academy which was confirmed by NoA a few hours ago. The code name for the game is supposedly called niji which translated to rainbow but on the final release he said it can be completely different name.

This leak was verified by Neogaf who have actual industry insiders in them, (Whether you like them or not) coupled with the disney game announcement pretty much means this is confirmed and we may see an announcement of a new game on the 27th or by April-May at the absolute latest
As for the name,It could be Rainbow or Prism or something like that but it's still most likely Z from all the hints we've seen so far, code names are just to prevent leaks like how Star Wars VIII is titled "Space Bears"
