I need one for breeding purposes because I've been dying to breed an Eevee with its Hidden Ability Anticipation, so that I can get a Sylveon with it's Hidden Ability

Wrong. Breeding with a HA Ditto doesn't cause the baby to have it's HA. You'd need an HA Eevee for that. Male if breeding with Ditto, female if breeding with non-Ditto. So better find those Friend Safari or DexNav Eevees, anon.

I've read that having a Ditto with Imposter helps improve the chances of hatching an Eevee with Anticipation. Even if it takes forever, it seems nearly impossible for me to get a hold of an Eevee with it.

Well, maybe if breeding with an Anticipation Eevee. But it's literally impossible to obtain an Anticipation Eevee if you're breeding with an Eevee that doesn't have Anticipation.
