Steel should be the most durable type, with shitty offensive coverage. It's good to have viable defensive pivots.
Nerfing normal even further would be stupid though. They should remove the normal resistance from rock and steel.

The grass changes/random status immunities are top tier. Steel shouldn't resist ghost, though. Give Ice types or rock types a ghost resist, though it still makes spookysword OP.
I don't get why people are against retroactively improving the many tanky ice types. Articuno, Regice, Avalugg, and Stallrein are all reallycoolpokemon ruined by their shit typing.
