Bishkek.
>>25049362
thats a fuck up by the localization team. It's Barrierd in Japanese, its original name.
>>25049379
Why does the Misdreavus remind me of pic related
>>25049398
Because I'm gay
>>25049362
Mr Mime might have a female counterpart in some Pokémon region, currently unknown to us.
>>25049362
>>25049383
>>25049386
The very least they could do is add Ms Mime instead. Change one letter you fuckers
>>25052160
all existing female mr. mimes better get transformed to those whenever they happen
>>25052535
I hope so too.
>>25052535
>>25052160
It won't happen because of inconsistency being created by english localizers not Gamefreak.
>>25052596
Stop with the excuses, Gamefreak knew Mr. Mime was a name before they decided to make them both male and female in Gen 2
>>25052596
Game freak created a male counterpart for Gardevoir. So the same could be possible for Mr Mime.
>>25052609
Do you think Game freak even knows all the English names of the pokemon?
I highly doubt ken sugimori knows the names of all his creations in every different language
>>25052625
English names are what most people around the world know Pokemon by
Gamefreak should know Pokemon's names if they know anything about being professional
>>25052609
No one sane would make decisions around translations of their game, even if it's a popular translation. To ensure quality they focus their effort on the language it was made for, and the language they speak. It would be like if they had decided to retcon or add something to the Harry Potter books because the French translators fucked up continuity in the French version. Ridiculous.
>>25052675
Nobody cares about France
US is where Pokemon sells the best
>>25052685
The same thing would apply to Don Quixote, like if they revised the original Spanish version because the English version fucked something up in the translation. It's ass backwards.
