Protean mixed with the priority that kecleon gets is pretty good. Running sucker punch, shadow sneak, power up punch, gives a good opportunity to change your type into a defense depending on expected attack. Even running trick room as your fourth spot keeps with the theme and can play type changing mind games. I prefer to use recover and let others set trick room. However trick room is key to giving kecleon the advantage in the priority mind game, because it's flaw is that unlike greninja it is so slow protean shows the opponent it's weakness after each attack. Yes priority helps avoid that, but securing your first move can also help recovery or set up. Also leftovers, rock helmet, life orb are all great item options. Now here's the issue 6v6 there are too few good trick room setters, and i advise you run at least two a team. However, vgc or doubles is a good arena for this since it get's immediate support. Anyway kecleon is an all time bro and even this set is only meme tier.
If you want to run a tyranitar against trick room run one with a brave nature curse. And brave nature.
