weavile drops to PU
There are no more ice types in OU. Weavile is dead, Kyurem B has no STAB whatsoever.
Knock Off would see a decrease in usage.
Landorus ends up being better, and Nidoking gets an increase in usage.
Foul Play becomes interesting.
Mega Mawile moves down to UU (because it loses out on physical fairy STAB as Fairy would be special seeing that all but one of it's moves is special)( and has to rely on Iron Head for STAB

Obviously Physical attackers with special typings would be nerfed heavily, and vice-versa
For example, Azumarill loses its STAB moves, goes down to UU at best.
Plenty of Pokemon lose coverage, as well. Things that use HP in particular may lose incredibly important coverage. On the flipside, HP is now usable on Physical attackers.

Gengar was still OU before the split. Hell, gengar has always been OU.
I'm sure if the split never happened it would have gotten fire blast and ice beam, gamefreak loves gengar.
We need to go deeper. What if the Special Attack and Special Defense split never happened?

Chansey becomes an overpowered wallbreaking tank. Eviolite suddenly increases offensive capabilities on special pokemon.
Electabuzz is suddenly good, and is actually better than Electivire because eviolite lets it hit like a truck with special attacks and it still has 105 speed.
Magneton is similarly better than Magnezone. Eviolite magnezone hit harder than Specs Magneton ever will.
Roselia outclasses Roserade.
Magmar outclasses Magmortar. Mght move up to RU, actually since it wallbreaks so well with Eviolite.
Kadabra and Haunter become really good too. They don't totally outclass their evolved forms, though, since their evolutions are faster. Still, Haunter and Gengar coexisting in OU. Kadabra probably gets stuck in UU or BL.
Duosion sees use as a bulky wallbreaker too. 125 SpA boosted by eviolite, holy crap! Still dies to Bisharp's Knock Off, though, so it'll be BL at best.

Nevermind, scratch that. Duosion doesn't die to Bisharp's Knock Off. Bisharp kinda sucks now because KNock Off is a special attack now, and Bisharp's Special sucks. EVIOLITE DUOSION FOR OU.
