What's the story of this two Pokémon cards?

I think Megumi Mizutani draw this because she designed Chespin. She designed Pancham and both are really similar.

It ties into the "story" from this expansion. Half of the cards take place in the Red dimension and half take place in the Blue dimension. The Blue cards are all in a rural farmland, while the Red cards are in a high tech city.
There are are a few other cards like Chespin that we see both universe versions of. Like in the Blue dimension, Doduo is a mail delivery bird. In the the Red dimension, he's the mascot for the postal service.

The Zoura in the rural dimension is much more feral-looking, while the high-tech version is a pampered pet. The former evolves, while the later doesn't.
