Agility + Fire Spin on Moltres was always fun, since it could catch those Ghosts too. Toxic + Leech Seed stacking on top of each other worked great with Razor Leaf/Mega Drain and Double Edge on Venusaur.
Literally anything with Ice Beam or Blizzard. The freeze mechanics of Gen 1 meant that they had a 10% of essentially 1HKOing the opponent.
