ITT Make up flavorful new moves/abilities for specific Pokemon
Carnivine now has a 50/50 chance of having Levitate or a new ability:

Now that we are at it, give this ability to Greninja too. It's pretty retarded that a Frog is weak to a Bug.

I love this idea. Fucking levitate on grass type always triggered.
It's not exactly an ability, but Rock type would benefit greatly from a bug immunity, or even a fucking resistance.

>Mawile
Move: Subterfuge - Dark
Works kinda like Spiky Sheild (protection move that deals damage to physical attackers) but lasts for 3 turns. Only protects from physical attacks, so Mawile is still open to damage from special moves. Mawile's mouth gets prepared for an attack, and if hit it damages the pokemon back. This also causes Mawile to lose its turn if hit before it can attack. The idea is that its second mouth disrupts Mawile from attacking since it chases after the pokemon or something.
>Meganium
Move: Mollification - Grass
This renders all pokemon on the field (except Meganium obviously) to only using status moves for the next turn. If used consecutively (which is every two turns because of its effect) its accuracy decreases the same way Protect and Detect do. Also resets Attack and Special Attack buffs, and interrupts partially trapping moves like Bind, Whirlpool, etc. Based off of the idea of its flower's ability to cease fighting and soothe aggressive feelings.

Ability: Resonance
Depending on its pattern and the opponent's type, it can weaken all of the opposing pokemon's stats, including accuracy and evasion (no switching needed, unlike Intimidate; is always in effect). Since Vivillon has 18 non-event patterns, and there are 18 types, each pattern weakens a specific type. Does not stack (dual type pokemon don't get even lower stats in double battles against two Vivillons of their types). The Poke Ball pattern works on all starters, while the Fancy pattern works on all legendaries.

If Powder hit for 50% or more instead of 25% and lasted for like 3 turns or something it would be cool.
