Pokemon Glazed looks pretty good.
Also that OP image referencing Pokemon Quartz is killing me.
While not a rom hack I've been playing Omicron and really enjoying it. I'd look into it.

Uranium is not that good. The Nuclear Pokemon thing is interesting but the fakemon are not well-designed, and the same goes for the region/story with worst railroading since BW. Plus there's a huge difficulty spike somewhere near the middle which practically forces you to grind.
