Following the pattern we've seen so far, every mega evolution keeps their original *first* typing, it is static. It'd have to be a Electric/Dragon. EDUCATE YOURSELVES. IT IS AN OBVIOUS PATTERN.

Except the only megas that changed from one dual type to the other were part flying type, and all flying types except tornadus and noivern have flying as their second type. Those pokemon had designs where the primary typing was overwhelmingly more important to the design than their flying typing, meaning it made more sense to keep those aspects and drop the flying type. However lots of other dual types which aren't flying have designs that more evenly represent both of their types, where the primary and secondary type order is mostly arbitrary. None of those however have gotten type change megas.
In ORAS we saw precedents set that broke what we assumed were ironclad rules about mega evolution, like beedrill getting a stat drop in a stat besides speed, or lopunny's 60 point attack boost + only getting 3 stats increased. You're proposing that because it hasn't happened yet, it can't ever happen in the future, and that's blatantly untrue. Especially when nothing officially states these unspoken rules we only infer from the current megas we have now.
