They are still shit, Blissey gets more use than Chansey. That's pretty much it.
Lower-tier stuff like Machoke and Vigoroth may drop a bit in usage. Other than that....still nothing really.

Nothing changes. Just take a look at all the first-stages of such evolution lines. Every other stat is still shit.
Knock Off continues to be the best move in the game. Eviolite Skarmory will be annoying, but a lot of people will still use Custap Berry and Rocky Helmet anyway. Eviolite mew would be a nightmare though. Eviolite Lugia could probably wall Mega-Fug. Eviolite Yveltal would be a huge pain in the ass. Ubers in general becomes a slow as balls metagame that no one would enjoy.
Eviolite Shuckle looks scary, but it's still just Taunt bait, and Substitute still shuts it down.
Heatran porbably goes to ubers. Cobalion probably rises to OU.
