Excadrill is a 10/10 design; had him locked into my team well before anyone knew if he'd be decent or not. Frankly Excadrill being OU or Uber is really surprising cause you can get Drilbur before the 2nd gym, most Pokemon in the same boat are awful

The only common Excadrill sets that run Mold Breaker are the Choice Scarf set and the Specially Defensive set. The Specially Defensive set has little to no Attack investment and the Choice Scarf set runs Jolly to actually have some kind of speed.
