Shedinja is the only one because it wins via lock down and all its stats are irrelevant to begin with.
Most pokemon would struggle to stay relevant if all their stats were dropped by 10-15 points.

Yeah, you cut Rampardos's stats in half, give it Huge Power, and now it's an even better trick room sweeper with that extremely low speed whilst its ability makes it like its main offensive stat never dropped in the first place. Sure, its only got half the bulk, but it wasn't surviving much anyways.
