I think Normal/Flying would be an interesting combination.
Dragon/Fighting
Outrage and Close Combat all day long
Grass/Dragon - What Serperior should have been.
Rock/Dark -Because I like the idea of something like an evil, animated castle Pokemon or something.
Ghost/Fighting - A shadowboxer in the literal sense.
And some of the really neat type combinations the legendaries get, like psychic/ghost or ghost/dragon, because those are rad. Really more cool ghosts are always good.
Fire/Water on something that isn't Volcanion.
Flying/Ghost on something that isn't Drifblim.
