I do this because I have autism (not really but that's how people would describe the behaviour) and I d/c the second something doesn't go my way because I get frustrated and starting a new match and trying to win in the first 15 turns is a lot less stressful and more fulfilling than struggling to turn things around often in vain when you lose all your momentum.

Actually, this might just be that they honestly can't break your core and they know that it's straight up impossible to beat you in a situation like that. Sometimes it might be an issue of teambuilding (they fucked up and didn't consider how to handle your kind of team composition), or maybe they do have a decent chance in term of matchups, but shot themselves on the foot by making a really dumb mistake/misprediction early on that cost them the entire match.
But yeah, the other cases you mentioned are inexcusable.
