If this place just opened, I can only imagine that it will last...maybe a year. I know pokemon is popular, but unless you are recognized and supported by GF, Nintendo, or the official TPCi, you aren't gonna last long.
Hell, even if he is, I don't know how much business he'll make if he just works out of a shop in his local mall. It's a place I'd go in one time, maybe make a purchase, and never visit again because the niche just wears off. You aren't gonna do well on a gimmick unless you have something new to keep your customers returning.

No, unless I was with a girl (single or one I would be trying to date or one I would be dating). I would normally just get second hand embarrassment by just going in there as another single white mail in his mid twenties, even with a group of friends where I wouldn't be the "third wheel" AKA the only person who didnt bring a date because out of my friends I am actually the only one without a date.
