Why does Gardevoir's pallete swap is green in the dress? They didn't even bother re-coloring the dress to red, they just leave it green. I see no reasons to not make it all red. At least that's what I've constantly seen so far.

Red Lucario isn't really red. When both players are using the same Pokemon, they start out the same color, but one of them is digitally recolored and given a band to so they can be told apart.
