You can't do worse than this. They took a pun that was incidentally in the word "seal," and then got rid of it. It's literally just a misspelling, and one that's worse than Throh and Sawk and Drowzee because it literally is just a seal.
At least with Dewgong they added a pun rather than removed one.

Talonflame is called Fiarrow in nippon, Flambusard in frog. They could have done better, maybe keep the arrow theme.
