Not that much to tell. They just apparently planned to make it some kind of tank cyborg, but decided not to.

Garchomp is naturally good looking pokemon, he's well proportionate and has strong legs and body. Krookodile on the other hand has a dick shaped head, really fat body and super tiny, goofy legs.
